12. Text Messaging Terms of Service

These terms apply to text messages sent by Tulsa Hair Society.

Who these apply to: clients and prospective clients of Tulsa Hair Society who have given us their mobile number.

What we send: appointment confirmations and reminders, booking links, replies to questions you send us, follow-up after a call we were not able to answer, and occasionally a request for a photo where a stylist needs to see your hair before advising on color or a consultation.

Cost: we do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Frequency: message frequency varies and depends on your appointments and inquiries.

Opting out: reply STOP or CANCEL to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to subscribe again.

Help: reply HELP to any message, call us on (918) 994-3273, or email salon@tulsahairsociety.com.

Delivery: text messages are delivered by mobile carriers, and delivery and timing cannot be guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes: we may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page.
